Vision over convention
Tucked along the river on Columns Drive in Marietta, this project is a testament to vision over convention. While others advised a teardown, we saw an opportunity to reimagine the home through thoughtful design and intentional upgrades, including a kitchen and primary suite renovation, reinvented furnishings, designer wall coverings and custom window treatments. The interiors blend classic, traditional pieces with a fresh, modern perspective—layering updated fabrics, refined finishes, and a lighter aesthetic to breathe new life into every space. The result was a timeless yet current home that ultimately sold for top dollar, proving that great design can completely redefine a property’s potential.
